MachE Premium Moved to Order Compatibility Issue

Uh oh...

I put in our Premium ME LR in November and since then it has been in "Unscheduled - Clean" status on the order, no VIN yet. Today it updated to "Unscheduled - Compatibility", which means there is a problem with the build.

Not sure what the problem is yet, I emailed my sales person when I saw it, but I am worried that even for my existing order they may be not allowing scheduling of any more Premium trims. That would definitely be rough. I will update once they respond what the problem is. I am aware Ford isn't accepting new Premium orders, so you don't have to respond with that information. Again this is a per-existing order.

Curious to see if anyone else has heard anything that is waiting on a VIN still.

Every single unscheduled Mach-E at my selling dealership, regardless of trim, did the same thing. It's not just yours.

I have 2 large dealers by me. Gorno and Friendly Ford. All their Mach-E orders that don't have a VIN switched to Unscheduled Compatability, except for one at Gorno and it is a GT.

I think things went from bad to worse.

Wouldn't make sense for other trims though, since there's scheduling set to take place next week for the whole month of May. Premium and CA RT1 I could see being halted, but not all trims if there's supposedly going to be scheduling.

Thanks, yeah my salesman called me an hour ago (sorry I didn't respond earlier, been busy keeping these plants going... okay that's a bit of a stretch) and said all their MMEs went to that status. This is Bill Brown Ford, so the first or second highest volume Ford dealer in the country, their MMEs wouldn't be sidelined for nothing.

Hopefully it's just a system hiccup because there didn't look to be any real scheduling set for this week. My salesman told me their order manager didn't have any concerns about it.

Does Ford update their servers on Fridays? It seems like from time to time the major hiccups occur on a Friday. Could just be my imagination.
