I am not sure how those of us in this forum can help you. IMO it would have been best to go to a dealer in a different town who wasn't so connected to you and your family.

Personally I would go on Auto Trader and find a car from another state. That is what I did, but for different reasons.

While you're correcting the details, please add carriage returns, liberally, and also mention @Ford Motor Company if you want them to see it.

I don't think Ford can help you unless you have a signed contract the dealership violated. Verbal disagreements are hard to prove.

Next time, take the ferry across the lake. I was in and out of the dealer in Burlington in about 40 minutes using X-plan and Options.

Next time go to Riley Ford up in Chazy. That's where I got my 22 GT. x plan pricing and finance woman was amazing. Great experience all around with no bs. I flew in from Ohio and drove it home.
