Major sensor issues

Hi all, has anyone had major electric and sensor issues.
Reversing my back sensors didn't go off and I got a wall. So I'm disputing this with Ford who's customer service is wanting!

Still my sensors not working and lights on the dash go on and off.

Any ideas anyone?

I had a black backup camera screen a couple of days ago when I baked up about 10'. I turned the car off and back on and haven't had it happen again.
