The much dreaded Safety Recall 21S22 and Compliance Recall 21C42 ... DONE today !!! NO dramas .... NO cracked glass .... NO smudges in the headliner .... and a two day loaner car included in this ordeal !!! I have read nothing but negative comments about various experiences at Ford dealers but seldom read anything positive ... so here it is: Kudos to SunState Ford of Orlando !!! No big deal in making appointment ... did the recall with correct approved part (Foam #LJ8Z-19B822-AA - I made sure about this!). My sincerest appreciation to the SunState Ford staff, from Collision Shop manager Marc, to the guy who did the actual work Todd, to the receptionist Amanda who calmed me down ... and to Maria who processed my voucher for two day loaner car ... absolutely free not even have to fill up gas on return !!! (Ford if you reading this please take a note of good work this dealership had provided me!).

This is my true first experience with a domestic brand car ... and I am genuinely delighted by the impeccable services rendered so far. Previously, I have only patronized Mercedes, Land Rover, Lexus and BMW brands. SunState Ford of Orlando, as I was told is one of those rare family owned franchise. My selling dealer was Lilliston Ford of Vineland, NJ ... a down to earth Ford dealership that did not charge me for any mark up and honored the xPlan pricing , also gave me a good experience. So far Ford you rock !!!

I'm scheduled for CSR 21p22 and all other available module updates as well as windshield recall on 3/3. My Dealer has gone the extra mile to promise I can drive the Dealership's Mach-e as a loaner, so I'm excited to see how smoothly my upgrades go... but not concerned if it takes longer than planned.

I dropped mine off on Tuesday morning for them to start all this work and also do the 10,000 mile service. It was finished this afternoon, but they wanted to thoroughly clean the vehicle before I pick it up, so I will have it back tomorrow morning. Looking forward to having this all done.

I had a very similar experience with Community Ford of Bloomington, IN. Dropped the car off last Wednesday for both recalls and it was ready to go Friday afternoon. All looked as expected and the windshield is now correctly seated in relation to the roof which is an added bonus. I have had 3 different software updates done by this dealer to resolve minor issues. All we’re done as expected. Very happy with their service.
