I am the first to admit that I know nothing. It needs to be dumbed down for me.
What can I do to fix the bumps? New struts? Shocks? Sway bar? All of it? I want to hit a pot hole and not feel a thing. With that being said, is the community waiting on a particular company to come out with a solution? Or is the best solution already out? Money is not really a problem. I am willing to invest in a smoother ride.
If the best company has put the best product out on the market already, can you please provide some links?

What trim do you have?

first things first I would check your tire pressure.

If you really want to feel nothing, suggest trading the Mach-e for an F150 Raptor, or something else with massive wheel travel. Maybe a hovercraft.

If you want to hit a pothole and not feel a thing (car is an extension of the living room) the most practical thing to do is trade the MME for a Lyriq.

You much have much smaller pot holes, or much greater confidence in what the Lyriq can do. I would put good money down that you will absolutely feel a 6" deep (or more) pothole in a Lyriq.

a 6 inch pot hole in a Lyriq and a 6 inch pot hole in a MME are different experiences. The Lyriq goes back to the Cadillac script of trying to deliver isolation from the road. Thus the air suspension. The MME tries to deliver driving engagement. Thus the suspension tuning we have.

But still... instead of going the path of different springs and damper rates in the aftermarket, the OP is better off getting a different car.

It's a product of suspension tuning and narrower sidewalls (necessary due to greater diameter wheels). I think KW has a suspension "upgrade" and you can switch to smaller wheel diameters to increase your sidewall height.

Mach E GTPE with magna ride suspension is softer I’ve heard.

I think this is the right answer to the OP question - best solution out there, since money is no object.

But unlikely to fully accomplish the goal - feeling nothing over a pot hole. I expect you'd feel significantly less, but not nothing.

No it's worse. Two modes are underdamped and it is a bouncier ride than a Premium AWD ER.

Unbridled is great for sporty driving though. The car feels very planted at all speeds.

I guess I shouldn't have exaggerated. You all took it as literal when I said potholes. I understand I would always feel potholes. But I feel cracks in roads. And we're talking about manufacturer cracks. Not cracks caused by erosion or degradation. When going over any road corrections or any warping because of the Sun, I feel all of that. If I could by chance just get rid of those cracks so my head doesn't shake all the damn time, that would be a much better drive experience for me and my four slip disc.
