Due to a number of issues with Fordpass, Ford adviser asked me to perform a master reset. I did that and all my issues are resolved.
My question is ... Since I did master reset, when I logged into ford.com, under the 'Connected Services', all the modules there are gone.
I called Ford and a rep said it will take 24 to 48 hours after the master reset for the modules to return/display.
Does this sound right to anyone who have done a master reset and it took 24 to 48 hours to see all the existing connected services modules like
  1. BlueOval
  2. BlueCruise
  3. Alexa
  4. Navigation
  5. etc ...

When I endured a master reset, it took awhile for everything to get synced back up on line and in FordPass. IIRC, everything still worked in the car.

True. Everything is working as expected now in the car include my Fordpass app.
Thanks for sharing.

My FordPass app on my iPhone is refusing to work today. It only allows me to login once after I remove and reinstall it and any subsequent app launch just hangs. How does one go about this master reset? Might have to try that.

Selling the Mach-E today, so last night in preparation I did a master reset to clear personal data. The car is all set, but I’ve gotten over 100 ford pass emails about it in the last 12 hours. The same one informing me of the master reset and hold on connected services. Any ideas how to stop those?

I haven't seen this scenario, but I'm guessing you haven't gone into your Ford Owner account ( Ford Account Dashboard | Ford Owner Support ) and deleted the vehicle:

It all deleted automatically last night. They magically stopped for the last hour or so, I think I might be in the clear. Probably some kind of glitch in their automated notifications system.
