Happy holidays, everyone! Every time I see pictures like this it makes me wonder why so many manufacturers are going this route with the charge port. I thought Nissan did it well with the Leaf - there's a panel on the front that you push a button to spring open, and then you open it a bit further. While the charge port is slightly upward-facing, the panel provided a bit of cover for it. Manufacturers can do literally anything with these charge ports - they're not limited by the flow of fluid and placement of a gas tank. Why are we still emulating ICE so heavily? Heck, make the charge port slightly downward-facing so that snow has a harder time building up on it...

Ford deleted the Santa hats starting with the 2022 models. Supply chain issues. Or naughty list. I always get those two confused.

Ah! Makes perfect sense. I don’t have pets (other than the entirely fictional koi in the Mustang Mach E koi pond, of course). Sadly, any pets would die of loneliness and neglect. I don’t do living creatures very well.
