Has anyone used AI lately? The hype is promised to be all and yet it comes back with many wrong answers. Yet every company today claims their products use some form of AI even if it is just in many cases a slightly smarter search. AI doesn't tell you where it gets its answers from. Someone can post 1 single thing on the web that is not true, but if no one else posts that same AI has one data point to give you the answer which is wrong. Does that mean never use AI? I use BC on highways all the time. I also have my hands on the wheel a lot of the time. It works pretty darn good most of the time but in heavy traffic is has its issues. Does that mean the manufacture should not have included it? So they give you the warning. You have a choice. Try it or don't. For my 21 Mach E I got it for 3 years free. Ford's way of saying not quite ready for prime time. This is how most technology is rolled out. If you want to wait until it is perfect you can choose not to use almost all technology today.I understand what you’re saying I just think manufacturers should do better. Don’t make something a signature technology if it doesn’t work as you advertise without pages of warnings in the user manual.
As for uniformed, this is my 5th pure BEV since 2014. Like many of us here, I’ve taught plenty of sales people about the vehicle they were trying to sell me.
