I didn't state it as a guess because it's not a guess. Search the forum, there are lots of testimony about random opening of the rear hatch.
It is your opinion only.

Laminated is the replacement, they stop shipping acoustic side windows.

Laminated and acoustic are the same thing, new windows are tempered...

The order guide in late 2021 stated the GTPE only had a power seat on the drivers side...
I saw that listed as well, but 100% of all MME's I have seen including GTPE's had a powered front passenger seat. Also it was shown as a power seat on the Ford website too. This image was from a 2021 GTPE page.

also-no, laminated side windows were also a 2021 GT and Premium feature. Officially this feature was removed for all 2022 models, however, just a few very early 2022 premium orders came through with laminated. My GTPE did come with laminated/acoustic windows (built on Jan 15, completed with chips March 18). I am sure that this will go away at some point.

I ordered my GTPE in August. On October 1 my car was converted to a 2022 and there was a $750 reduction in cost to cover some small price increases. In the end the 2022 was a few hundred less than the 2021 that I ordered. That was my compensation for the lack of a kick to open lift gate feature.

Don't be ignorant. The tailgates open randomly all the time when people are moving around at the back of the car.

I don't think he was commenting one way or the other on whether or not the the kick to open randomly triggers (never has happened to me, I understand the experiences of other people are different).

What he was commenting on was why Ford removed it from the 2022 model year. A person earlier in this thread said Ford removed it because it malfunctions. I don't think Ford has ever said why they removed it (or if they have, my guess would be chip shortage), i.e., that the comment was speculation presented as fact and called out as such.

Can't open while driving....
Who said I was driving? You're very opposed to believing people online, I get it lots of fake news going on around but I can assure you the thing opens entirely by itself. By crash I was referring to another car getting hit by it in a parking lot. One time I parked it walked into a store and only noticed the thing was open through the window of the store when I was shopping. Was no where near the thing and it was raining that day. I didn't connect it to rain/wet roads reflecting more until I parked it in my garage and it squished me between the garage door and the tailgate as there was rain dripping on the garage floor. I thought some hacker was playing with me or something as it was so ridiculous. I turned it off after that one happened and didn't look back. Look man it's a fancy car with lots of bells and whistles plenty of stuff to go wrong on a new luxury car and this is definitely one of them. We are all early adopters here and were willing to take the risk.

Correct. @Chuck stated " It was removed because it randomly opened. Lots of posts here about this issue." That is his opinion. There is no statement from Ford, and given that it's on many Ford models, it's highly unlikely that it's a correct conclusion. As @generaltso stated, this kind of statement makes people think it's factual, when it's merely Chuck's opinion.

@mwtechy seems to think it can open in a parking lot and hit another vehicle. That's pretty unlikely, said vehicle would have to be parked absurdly close to the Mach-E.

But hey, everyone is entitled to their opinions. Just so they don't state them as fact.
