Missing lane change

Hi i have mach-e select RWD ER 12/2022. Recently i recieved update it is mentioning that i should have line change function but i dont see that in option i cant turn it on i dont event have blue cruise and i cannot buy that as subscription. Car was bought in germany currently is in Slovakia.

Can some on tell my why it is not working ?

Lane Change is a BlueCruise feature. No BlueCruise = no lane change.
