Today a Seattle city worker came up to my car as I parked (he was working with a crew on street repair) and asked how I liked the car. I told him I love it. He said "that's great because the city is thinking about adding the Mach-e as one of their fleet vehicles."

Yikes! I am not sure how I would feel with a bunch of MME's running around with city logos on them. But perhaps that is the unstoppable wave of the future.

Anyone else hearing about this a a possibility??

There are police departments that have bought them. They make perfect vehicles for fleet use. They are often only in use during an 8 to 12 hour period and don't need to go on long road trips. The city (or whatever) can put in some charging stations where they are parked overnight. They'll save a ton on fuel and maintenance costs over time.

While at a charge stop recently and guy came up and was asking about the car. He said his company was finalizing the deal to get MMEs as fleet cars for his company, Astrazenica
