New 2023 GT here and it seems to have some weird type of charging behavior that I’m still trying to diagnose. I’ve only ever done L1 charging, so can’t comment on anything L2 related.

However, I’ve noticed a continuous hum (?cooling pump) in a 40 degree garage, even when the car has not been drive recently. I’ve also noticed that putting the car in accessory mode seems to turn off the hum/?cooling pump. I previously had a 2023 premium trim and do not recall that ever happening. Some of these symptoms seem consistent with what others here are reporting.

Yeah, I did see that thread but can’t tell if my issue is the same or not. When using the Ford mobile charger with L1 charging my car does not seem to lose charge, as many in that thread report. It‘s possible it’s charging more slowly than I previously experienced with our other MME that was not having this issue, but that is anecdotal at this point.

With multiple threads containing reports of recent charging issues, I’m not sure which are related and which are not (maybe nobody is yet).

It is not just the app for me. It is the car that has started giving unrealistic charging time estimates. I have a 2022 Premium AWD Extended range, and only have a Level 1 (120 V) charger at home. For the past month or two, both the car and app report completely unrealistic charging times for a Level 1 charger. In the attached picture, I am at 28% at 1:03 P.M. on Wednesday charging with the Ford-provided Level 1 charger on a 120 V outlet. The car believes it will be at 80% on Wednesday at 5:45 p.m. In truth, it will take nearly two days to get to 80% from 28% on my Level 1. Before this change, the expected charging time was more realistic, and usually pessimistic (that is, I would usually complete charging in less time than the car predicted). Unfortunately, I can't figure out which update caused the issue.

Possibly related, around the same time, I started noticing that the coolant pump is running continuously whenever the car is charging on Level 1. I can hear the hum of the pump, and the gurgling of the coolant flowing when I remove the upper trim panel under the frunk. I have had the car since May 2022 and I don't recall the coolant pump running continuously while charging last winter. Either the coolant pump is noisier than last year, or something has changed in the software to cause it to run continuously while charging.
The update PU-0102-CHG-SUFX, which I received on 03/05/2024, appears to have fixed the issues. The update installed last night and the estimated charging completion time is now reasonable. When I plugged in the car this evening, I did not hear the coolant pump running.
