Can you post a picture of where you connected to battery ?
I made a connection at the interior fuse box. I used fuse Location #5 which is always on and labeled as Not Used In the owners manual.

I have a portable one that plugs into the 12 volt socket in the console bin. It measures voltage and has three LED lights: red, yellow and green. When I want to monitor battery I plug it in. I suppose I could leave it plugged in but I don’t want the drain on the battery. On the back of it is a chart of what the readings (voltage) mean and represents as far as condition of battery. I think I got it from Amazon.

I recharged my battery with a trickle charger to 100% charge. I did not drive my Mach-E for one week and the monitor showed that my battery needed to be charged. During the week I opened the door and tail gate several times but never turned the Mach-E on.

The monitor did register a voltage change each time I opened the door but it never showed that the LVB was charged by the HVB. That surprised me. After about 5 days the FordPass app would not connect and showed my Mach-E was asleep.

Seems like you need that service bulletin update applied.

Thanks for info. I connected to LVB itself. This unit works great. I also drilled
the two 2" holes for batt charging. I installed the plastic plug covers.
