I have had my MME a little over 2 weeks. My preferred charging time is 7 PM to 7 AM to use lowest electricity rates here in Ontario.

Last night, the recharge happened as expected, as I was at 48% after a drive yesterday. The app showed a completed charge just after midnight.

This morning at 8:30 I happened to notice that the charge port light is on and the charge status LEDs are showing that it is charging unexpectedly. I left it alone and checked again after 10 minutes and it still appeared to be charging. This is not the first time I have had these unexpected charges. Of course I am still learning about so much with the new MME.

I have a departure time (disabled) for Saturday morning, so it is not connected to that situation.

The battery was at 80% when I checked in the FP app and on the display. Settings appear as properly synced between FP and the MME.

Another MME anomaly or FP glitching?? Anyone seen this issue or able to enlighten me??

I have the same... for me it sometimes starts at 8pm to charge eventhough I have it set to start everyday from 12am-5am. Its like it has time not showing in the car or in the app that it uses.

Software glitch probably... for me who is european Ive seen strange things with it not handling 24-hour clock good when setting departure times as well. Like starting 1900 hours instead of 07. :)

I should also mention that I am using the Ford Mobile Charger and due to winter temps, I keep the MME plugged in all the time.

The driver screen always prompts for that and my dealer's service manager states it is a "maintenance" charge. I guess it is kinda' like sleep mode on a MacBook or PC laptop.

It is likely pulling some amount of power to do things like keep the HVB battery warm, or charge up the 12V LVB.
I would rather the car can request power whenever it thinks it needs it vs. keeping to a strict charging window, or cutting the car off completely using settings on the chargers that support their own charge window configurations.
