model null?

went to double check my order on Ford and it was very slow to load. eventually did but in options doesn't show active park assist anymore (maybe other things are missing also I'm not sure) but there is no kit or discount or anything like that. also, next to the model name ca route 1 it says "null". anyone seen this?
