My Horn goes off while driving for no reason.

This has now happened 3 times. Driving along and all of a sudden the horn blares and is stuck on. I keep pounding the horn on the steering wheel and it finally stops? I have no clue why it goes on. This last time was on the highway going about 60 when it just went on? Anyone else experience this? I could not find it in the forum if it has been discussed before? Any ideas? Haven't had an update in quite a while. Last update was 23-PU1113-UNX-DC but can't say if it has only happened since that update.

Sounds like a short somewhere. I haven‘t heard of it happening in an MME, but I had the problem in a previous car.

It's either a short to ground on your horn button wire run to the BCM, or a faulty BCM. Horn is powered by a mosfet inside of the BCM.

Go into settings and click off the "Road Rage Initiator" button.

I had an issue when my hood was stuck semi open, I think a very loud alarm went off. I don't remember it being the actual horn, but it was loud. Just a thought, my frunk broke and jammed in not open or closed position.
