2022 MME Premium AWD ER. Great car and the only issue was the HVBJB. Unfortunately, it took 6 weeks from when it broke to get the part but otherwise, the car has given us 2 years of trouble-free driving.

Hey all,

Amongst all the negative posts/issues people are having, I just want to say I've done 5000 miles on my mach-e and not had any issues.

Absolutely loving the car!
Same here. Just passed 10,000 miles and coming up on a year of owning it.

23000 miles on a RWD CR1 and no problems. I mean, like none. Ford knocked this one out of the park. PS I live in a snow belt where people get AWD because they think it helps with braking but with snow tires, my RWD CR1 has been just fine. PPS that's sort of a lie. I've panicked twice because my PaaK failed, but in both cases, it was my phone. Rebooting the phone fixed it. I don't think that's my car's fault.

Generally I love the car. One $1.3K repair: the PLASTIC bracket holding the radar behind the front bumper was broken and radar off-angle. There was no scratch or dent on the bumper or fender or even on the plastic front license plate cover. I touched a snow bank while gently parking, surely <1 mph. Why is that bracket plastic??
Also, something so digital will never sell to the general public. IMHO, an EV must be as simple as a ICE car with the ICE removed and electric motor installed, so the new car buyer can learn how to charge and simply step in and drive.
Meanwhile, I am having a ball and doing my part for the environment. And my Dad, a long term Ford employee, would be pleased and impressed.

Absolutely loving the car!

24,000+ miles and the only maintenance windshield wipers, rotate tires, and cabin air filter .
The least troublesome car I have ever owned.

I jinxed myself last week and promptly got the "stop safely now" message. But, at 43000 miles on my 2021 Premium, I still love my car!

For me, the car is definitely not perfect, but still very enjoyable. Small random software issues don't bother me much and most of them have work around, or just disappear after restart.

The biggest hardware problem that I had during my almost 3 years of ownership was the broken frunk latch that caused the car to spend a few days in the shop.

I'd give it 4.5 stars out of 5 and would definitely buy it again.
For sure I love this car despite the software flaws.

It’s a good thing it’s pretty and so fun to drive.

Except those 3 times you’ve had to replace your 12v battery though right? ?‍♂

29k miles on my 2022 ex awd. Only glitches, once I got the stop safely warning, drove straight to dealership. They could not find an issue. Restarted the car, all was ok. Every once in a while (usually in middle of nowhere) my cruise control will turn itself off. I'm guessing it's an internet issue. Loving my Colonel Mustard!

Love my 2021 Mach-E I haven't had any problems with it either except for:

1. Dead touch screen
2. Failed HVBJB #1 - Stranded
3. Dead door presenter motor
4. FAILED HVBJB #2 - Stranded
5. Too many software bugs to count
6. FAILED HVBJB Software (#3) - Stranded

Other than that It's been flawless. Glad that all of these issues have been mostly resolved for the 2023/2024 model years though

I agree with most all here. Our 2021 ER has been great. My only real complaint has been the slow and inconsistent OTA rollouts. Probably wont keep me from a 2025 though.

Thank you for the positive post. We are in the same boat, we have had or proud pony for almost 3 years and 30,000 miles we have road tripped across the country several times and no major issues. We have loved our Mach-E!
