Hey all,

Amongst all the negative posts/issues people are having, I just want to say I've done 5000 miles on my mach-e and not had any issues.

Absolutely loving the car!
We love both of ours, 25000 on mine , 18000 on husband's and no issues just awesome fun

I absolutely love this forum and the wealth of knowledge it provides, but of course it does offer a narrow scope of the Mach E experience when it comes to problems - People who are happy with their cars generally don't need to post about it. I am glad you did! I am also loving mine, and though I don't want a curse, I am optimistic that I will continue to love it in the coming years :)
Agreed, I don't frequent the forum as much any more because there is just too much venting and noise, same complaints over and over. My car has been a dream to own and drive.

My major issue isn’t a problem with the car at all and Ford has finally fixed it on the 2024s. Allowing me to buy a GT with a metal roof, Magneride, and 360 cameras isn’t enough to get me to switch, though. I have had the HVBJB failure that got fixed under warranty (the dealer’s SA ghosting me was my major problem with that, but that’s also not a problem with the car or Ford’s issue). I have other small issues, but everything has small issues. Otherwise I have very little to complain about. It’s a great car. ??

I believe the people who say they have had no “major issues.”

I don’t believe people who say they have had “no issues.”

This car is riddled with random software bugs. While most won’t stop your car from functioning, they can be annoying at times.

Annoying little stuff like-
PAAK not working the first time

Having to hit the unlock button or lock button on the door multiple times

Profile defaulting to guest

Touch screen not responding

Bluetooth or CarPlay not connecting right away

Being on a phone call, starting the car and the call ping ponging between your phone and the car

Headlight switch changing to on instead of auto and lights staying on

Software updates getting stuck, failing or just not showing up at all

Charge port fault

Radio presets disappearing

Ford supplied charger overheating

Camera fault, suspension fault, cross traffic alert fault…..

The real list of stuff I’ve just gotten used to is MUCH longer but those were just off the top of my head.

Anyone here who’s owned the car more than a year actually NEVER had any of these things happen to them?

**But I still love the car.

Issues I've experienced in RED. I can also add the trunk door hands free feature works for opening, but rarely for closing.

Hmm, my car has been riddled with bugs and serious hardware problems. It’s a love-hate relationship, and it has been for some time.

Over 8,000 miles of smiles and still loving mine! I do agree with you that this place is kind of negative.

Still officially in the honeymoon phase.
About 4 months?

But still am thrilled at the value equation (lowered MSRP/0%), as well as just how enjoyable the thing is from the drivers seat.
I'm closing in on 70 years old, rounding up, and it's the first stationwagon I have ever owned. I never dreamed someone would build one that's a thrill to drive.

I'm with you, my friend..... When I am driving my Mach E and spot a Tesla, I know that I made the right choice.

While there are a couple small things I would like changed/fixed; the only real complaint I have about the car is the piss poor suspension.
