i don't think so. i just talked to the dealer. they have FIVE other mach-es of similar vintage in their service drive right now with the exact same problem. they think it's bad software on ford's side.
The thread I referenced is exactly that - addresses bad software. ??‍♂

I've been having pretty much the same experience. Front camera fault started early 2024, dealership tried fixing it under warranty back then. Issues came back. Then it seems bad software came out (referenced in that TSB) that started killing the 12V battery causing all kinds of other faults when the modules start acting up because of voltage issues. Dealership feels pretty confident this TSB posted earlier this week fix will solve at least my recent problems. We'll see what happens.

I doubt it'll solve whatever is going on with front camera though. But given the cost they quoted you back then I bet they already changed out the coax cable. I wish we had a known good fix for this that works every time.
