In responses to other posts like yours, many people who have reported problems with their MMEs on this forum state that they love their car despite any problems! They also state that the a major purpose of the forums is to help people with problems, so those are over represented. I love my Mach-E even though it problem free so far!

and yes I am one of those complaining about getting the new part ASAP but I do like the car, except for the bounciness. 3.5 k miles and haven’t visited dealership yet.

A month into my wait for news about my MME order I got this email from Ford:

I'm now 6.5 months into waiting for my MME order to be scheduled. (MEANWHILE... I bought a Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ltd, using my trade-in "markup" to offset the dealer markup.) I expect Ford and their dealer to honor the price protection and no-markup promises on my order, whenever they deliver. The "exhilaration" wore off a long time ago and "staying informed" has been a frustrating struggle due to Ford/dealer poor communication and seemingly unfair allocation issues.
