I like my Nokian Ones. I got them while they were on sale and they handle wet conditions very well. Hopefully they can chandle the snow up in Chicago well enough as well.
Good to know. Anyone see any issues with installing these tires on my 2022 Premium?

Nokian Tyres One
235/55 R 19 105V XL
max load 2039 lb, up to 149 mph

They kind of sound too good to be true:
- Low resistance
- Great in wet conditions
-80k mile warranty
- Quiet

If they do half of that I would be happy

What about the Michelin Cross Contact. It has a better rating on snow. Has anyone tried these?

I would go for the latter. The P Zero AS Plus 3 is a performance all season smooth riding, quiet tire. If you want a bit smoother riding tire, the Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 is a SUV touring all season. I would go for that one if performance is not as important as the ride. The 255/50R19 size has a slightly taller sidewall and with a 107 load rating you can run them at 35 psi giving you an even smoother ride. I just recommend that exact tire (Scorpion AS Plus 3) and size to another Mach-E owner and they are very happy with them.
I'm looking at what appears to be a good price on NOS Hankook iON evo AS SUV tires; 255/50R19 107V XL. Based on this post, it sounds like they would be okay, just want to double check that they're not too wide?
We have a 2021 Premium 4X with the stock 7x19" wheels that we bought in late 2024. It came with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 225/55ZR19 103Y, which were likely the 2nd set. After taking them from 60K to 70K, they are down to 5/32" in the fronts and 3/32" in the rears, so time to replace.
Thanks for any thoughts/guidance!

They are not too wide for your wheels or the car. They will fit just fine. They are only 1/4" taller which will not mean much at all as far as the speedo either. In fact it will be a bit more accurate since the Mach-E speedo tends to show a bit faster than you are going from the factory.

I think they are 1/4" shorter (not taller) and 1-1/4" wider, correct? Not that a 1/4" diameter difference makes much difference either way!
I checked with my local Discount Tire and they also confirmed that they should work on our 7" wide rims.
I was interested to learn from the seller that she just bought them in March from Walmart for $450 for the set. She's said selling them for what she paid, since they were not the correct size for her SUV. Oddly, the DOT code is early 2024. I've seen posts on this forum for Walmart sales and I wonder if they offer bargain prices to clear out their old stock?
Thanks for your response!

255/50R19's are 1/4" TALLER and 1 1/16" wider than 225/55R19's.
