@Ford Motor Company . What is the appropriate way to address these issues? I'm in the same boat (in the Netherlands). After almost 20 calls with Ford, a multi day visit at the dealer... I still don't have a working system - and no clue anymore how to get it sorted.

@Ford Motor Company The dealership is still not able to fix and the APIM is still showing as “updating“. It was there all weekend and they have no idea when it will be complete. Any help you can provide them would be appreciate. 4+ days without a vehicle due to a recall fix is more than I would expect.

Ok… I think, for the first time, I’m actually seeing a chance for a solution here—thanks to Brian! 🙂

Brian, my VIN is WF0TK1EM6MMA30790. I’ll keep it short since my Mach-E’s OTA update issues have been ongoing for years (!) and the full story would be way too much for one post. No one in Europe has been able to help me. The case has been escalated several times and the car has been in the shop countless times, most recently just a month ago. Supposedly, all pending updates were installed, but something is clearly off. For example, my speedometer now shows “1 km/h” even while completely stationary. And this bug should definitely be fixed in the current Version!
Honestly, I’m out of ideas… According to Ford Europe, the car is OTA-capable, but I haven’t received any updates since that last service visit a month ago. Still no Blue Cruise (and I WANT TO PAY FOR IT!!!)

Also, I’ve always had to pay for each update to be installed! I have all the invoices to prove it. Sometimes Ford has covered part of the costs out of goodwill (but never the full amount), so I still just had to pay around €200 again at my last visit…

Could you at least check if my vehicle is actually able to receive OTA updates again?
