Anyone that currently have their Mach E and able to go out and look at their car now to confirm if you have identical gaps please let me know ..

So I went to my dealer to check out my Mach E .. its one of the 75 Mach E with the sub frame bolt issue .. anyways I spent 3 hours with 3 different pre-production Mach E last November and I did not noticed any panel gaps and all gaps was at normal width..

However for some reason my Mach E gaps looks bigger than I remembered, gaps looks just as bad as my model 3 and I remember the 3 Mach E I spent allot of time with was so much better than my model 3 I even made some YouTube video about it and now I have to say the gaps looks the same..

Please see pics and please your honest feedback I know we all love the Mach E but I for one always tell it like it is no matter what.. for companies to do better we have to point out and voice what's wrong for them todo better.. however if all the production Mach E's has the same gaps then that's just how it's made and nothing is wrong... so I am asking you all to just confirm.. thanks

Here is one of the many videos I made looking over the pre-production Mach E ... and I just don’t see the gaps that big .. I may be wrong as it’s been months since I made the videos

Also what’s up with the big Ford logo in the center of the windshield.. I hope that can be removed .. sorry for all the little issues but I got burn with Tesla twice .. and so far my wife Audi eTron has been the best high quality built EV thus far..

its one of the 75 Mach E with the sub frame bolt issue ..
No, it isn't. 75 was the number of affected cars that had already been sold to customers. Yours is one of the 1183 affected cars that hadn't been sold yet.

so I am asking you all to just confirm.
If you can't tell, and it's not causing any problems, don't worry about it. Those pics don't look egregious to me. If you look hard enough at any car, you're likely to find gaps that aren't perfect.

wow worst than I thought.. insideEV only noted the 75 .. plus the issue was only the week of 1/16/21 .. did not know they built so many in one week

Same pano seal issue I saw in mine, that may have been the same batch. They have an issue at the factory and hopefully they stop and fix it. I've started a dialogue with Ford on this. Now what about your rear weatherstripping on the drivers side, is it twisted?

Mine isn't twisted, but on the front passenger side the rubber does not come up to the glass edge, about ½ way towards the back of the car it comes up to where it is on the rest of the roof surround. One point on the roof glass looks like a minor scratch where the rubber should have been.

I've tried pulling the weatherstripping up along the side in question but only minimally successful. OP & @ChasingCoral front step up looks less pronounced than mine. Back looks the same.
