Picked up a MME GT '23 from a dealer few hours away yesterday. We couldn't get the fordpass to activate the vehicle (there was an error and we were unable to complete your request to change authorization) but i had to leave.
Getting home, i noticed no connected services are working - no weather or navigation connection. Fordpass still not activating.
WIFI showing connected. LTE showing connected.
Connected services says please wait and nothing happens.
After some forum searching:
Tried pulling fueses 10-11 and 21-22 - didn't help.
Tried sync reset - didn't work.
Bezel diagnostics shows TCU:connected in one screen but unprovisioned in another screen.
What are next steps that i can try? (i don't want to go to another dealer with a day old car)
Disconnect battery? (if so, which side of the connection, and do i need to disconnect turn off the green connector by the battery?)
Something i can do via FORscan? (have compatible OBD2 dongle)
Reach out to Fordpass support?
