Correct no camera present on the grill

Camera was never on the "grill", it's in that black "mustache" and that's why it's hard to see. There are two cameras on the front, one for parking, and the second one is on windshield for navigation.

And the absence of X means it's a standard range model.

There has always been a camera in the front windshield.

That's just a standard range AWD - Identical to mine, albeit a different colour. No front camera in the grill, no 'X' as it's not extended range & no glass roof. Should be 46k ish. They might have put the wrong price on it!

Interesting. The Ford UK site shows the 360 camera automatically included with the AWD model. But maybe that's new for 2022.

I think all of these examples are just clueless dealerships - either that or they are incorrectly using photos that they have taken of other similar cars and they think they are the same.

What does complicate things is that the configurator on the Ford website has been updated for the 2022 models, so you can no longer use that to compare the specs as they have tweaked a few of the options and price points.

Can categorically say though that no UK 2022 models have been produced yet, let alone shipped to dealers - so anything you see with photos is a good old fashioned 2021 model.

The 2021 UK model SR AWD models didn’t have the 360º cameras or pano roof (hence no “X” after the “E4” and no camera in the front hood) - so the red one shown at the beginning of this thread is one of those. That should retail at £46,650 + £1,150 for the Rapid Red Paint job (£47,800 total) - so anything higher is a dealer markup or a mistake.
