I’ve done that a few times

it has to be some setting on the phone

I can’t even log into my ford account from safari and I can’t figure out why. I’ve changed the password on it too just to see if it was related to that to no avail.
Hmmmm i’ll send you a conversation request

Make sure you aren't using a VPN or anything? Maybe turn off your WiFi to bypass any local service blocking.
Turn off your WIFI and try again. Also, is this your personal phone or a work provided phone?

Just a thought: If I have my VPN on and my add blocker engaged I can't get into the Ford site, turn them off and hello Ford...

It wasn't a VPN but IT WAS AN ADBLOCKER!!! Omg after over a week of frustration I can't believe it. Makes no sense since the new phone should've had the same settings as the old one but.....Removed the app and voila! Thanks

What's sad is that companies can't just make simple, bare-bone pages that don't silently die like that.

I got a new phone and now I can’t open the ford pass at all. I can access the account on my computer but I need it to work on my phone - especially since I have a road
Trip coming up this weekend

ideas? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app

I’ve removed it from the car and reinstalled

iPhone 15 max
Hey, I had the same problem. I had to remove the FordPass app, then reboot the phone, and then reinstall the app. Because of the way the iPhone stores user data and associates. The app to a specific app directory. Sometimes reboot is required in order for the phone to flush whatever cryptic cash is in that folder.

Anytime there's a blank screen it's DNS somewhere. Intercepted via ad-blocker, crappy DNS server via cellphone/internet provider, cross-site-<cookie, script, image>, etc. Otherwise you should end up with the broken <script/image/browser> icon based on the browser you are using.
