New phone, new issues

Got Pixel 11s, setup PaaK. Shocking how fast it now connects. HOWEVER, there is an issue Location Services.

Under "Optimize", there are 4 options - Bluetooth, Nearby devices, Location services, and Battery optimization. All are checked except Location services, which says "Not Enabled". I click on the arrow, and it says "Location data is accessed" blah, blah... Please use "Allow Always" for best performance.

There is button to open settings. I do, and "Allow all the time" is selected...

Yet, the app doesn't know it / see it.

And, PaaK isn't working on the Mach-E. Works fine on the Lightning with both new phones.

Yes, app is open. Yes, proper vehicle is selected.

I have a pixel 9a running the latest android, "DEV" as its called for now. I also have FordPass 6.21. I just checked mine, in Fordpass mine shows the same, Location has the ! and says not enabled. If I go to Phone Settings, Apps, FordPass I have all permissions enabled, including Fordpass and my PaaK works fine.
