It's not uncommon for the car to temporarily switch to IPC sounds. But this is not what that sounds like.

What are IPC sounds?

Occasionally, the car will default to playing its alert sounds through the little speaker in the instrument cluster instead of the audio system. It usually goes back to normal after a key cycle. But the sound you posted doesn’t sound like that.
