Another recent thread cited chaos caused by updates that seem to push established settings aside. I've been having issues with the security sensor and whether to ask if I want it turned off each time I start up. Of course, I had to go back into the settings to reactivate what I had established 9 months ago. Also had problems with setting charging times, duration and frequency. I found I had to delete all localized charging parameters and start from scratch. Are Ford software engineers aware of problems they cause by "improving" just one specific element without accounting for corollary damage.

What is can’t? Are you setting it and it won’t stick? Are you unable to physically go to the setting page? Are you doing it in the car? Or in the ford pass app?
What got updated? The car, the phone, or the ford pass app?

I might be experiencing the same issue with my '23 GTPE after the recent Ford Power-up (23-PU10124-MCP-FX) update. The few charging locations I had saved are gone after the update. And I am not able to save a new location. I've tried to save a location while in the car immediately after disconnecting the charging cable and while it was still connected. Each time I try to save a new location the system states I need to charge at a location before I can save it.

See other posts. But if you disconnect the 12v for 5 minutes the reconnect, you can reset those.

yet another example for the @Ford Motor Company social media team to take up the ladder. The 'Software Development/Release Team' needs an experience Software development Director to set up better version development, testing, release tools, and an actual searchable Knowledge Base online with known open/closed bugs, release notes by version, and the ability to roll up, or roll back to major releases.
