NO APIM startup animation

Oh......well that sucks. 22 should be correct. 19 is for a CX727 (Mach E) and 22 is for a Mach E GT. I have no idea what could be causing it. You said you changed a lot of other things, but as far as I know, that is where the splash screen is configured and yours seems to be configured correctly. Not sure what else you changed that could have affected that.

Thanks for your support. I'm not sure why the animation isn't displaying correctly either. I'll continue investigating the issue and share any findings.

Hey, one thing to note, the APIM splash screen doesn't display until you turn off the car, get out, close the door, lock/unlock then open the door. The key has to be outside when locking the car.

I was caught off guard as well when testing different splash screens, just follow above guidance and you will be good to go.

It would be best to write back the AsBuilt APIM configuration, or if you did backup the original configuration, write it instead, then start changing the settings. If you do have the list of settings you changed, you can send it here for us to see.

Also, did you try setting back the original splash screen your car had by chance? Again, ensure to do the steps I listed in my initial reply to check if the animation is visible on APIM.
