Anyone experience this lately or might have any solutions?
Yesterday at my usual Greenlots DC charging station the charge wouldn't initiate. I kept getting the "Accidental unplug" notification through the app. I tried 4 times. I was just topping off during a grocery run so it wasn't that big of a deal.
So I went home, plugged in with the Ford mobile charger and the charge suddenly stopped after adding only 50 miles or so. Unfortunately it was in the middle of the night, so I'm waking up to not enough charge to get to work this morning. No notification or error popped up on my app, so I don't know what the issue is.
