The 120V charging may be your problem. If the car calculates that it can't get to 80% during your scheduled charging hours it will start as soon as you plug it in.
I thought that was the issue. We are going around and around with the company that will be expanding out solar install. They want the same amount of money if they install a hardwired charger they supply or a 14-50 plug, or hardwire in one we supply. Hopefully something will be done early next year. If we ever end up needing to quickly charge we do have a 14-50 on the outside of the house, just need to use the extension cord.

No, it didn't pause and resume. The first night it just waited until 4:50 am to start. Second night it didn't start on time so I prodded it into action. Then it completed normally.
I got a call from a Ford CSR. They want me to take it to the dealer. I'm going to give it a few days and see what happens.
My car decided to straighten up and fly right yesterday. There were many, many, connections to my Wi-Fi network. I don't know if that played any part it the operational change. ?? Approach lighting was back to normal by late afternoon and it started charging at 10 pm without any action on my part. ????

Good to hear.
I never figured it out either. After a few days everything seemed normal again. ???

Did you experience issues with approach lighting and/or remote functions at that time? Below is what I sent in the DM. I had not been out to the car when I made the original post so I didn't know about the lighting.
"The car seems to be going into a deep sleep state very quickly. In addition to the charging concern, approach lighting is not working. Using the Bluetooth window functions in FordPass did not work on the first try. I then tried the trunk and the car woke up, approach lights came on, and the trunk opened. After that the windows functions worked. I stepped away for a few minutes, then went back to get the mileage for this message. Again, no approach lighting and the ring on the door button did not illuminate. It opened on the first press though.
The car is currently in my garage, plugged in, charged to 90%, and connected to Wi-Fi.
Please let me know what you find."

I think the deep sleep kept it from charging. No idea what woke it up in the middle of the night the first time. Starting it was the only way I could remotely wake it on night two. Seems like it's back to normal now. I'll see what happens tonight at 10.
