I thought that was the issue. We are going around and around with the company that will be expanding out solar install. They want the same amount of money if they install a hardwired charger they supply or a 14-50 plug, or hardwire in one we supply. Hopefully something will be done early next year. If we ever end up needing to quickly charge we do have a 14-50 on the outside of the house, just need to use the extension cord.The 120V charging may be your problem. If the car calculates that it can't get to 80% during your scheduled charging hours it will start as soon as you plug it in.
