Not sure if anyone has seen something similar before, but:
It could be a coincidence, but I noticed shortly after setting the clocks ahead for daylight savings time a few weeks ago that times were showing up wrong in the FordPass app. Particularly the "waiting to charge" times, as well as the times listed on actual sessions in the charge history section.
For instance, I plugged my car in earlier (about 6:48pm ET) at 13% SOC; I have a target charge of 90% set, and preferred charging times of 11pm-6am, daily. As soon as I plugged in, it said "Waiting to charge at 6pm Wednesday.) Clearly this doesn't make sense, as it is set to start at 11pm. TImes and target charge were setup in car, and if I go to each of those sections in the app the times are actually showing correctly there.
About an hour after that, I set a departure time of 9am for tomorrow morning to head to work. As soon as I saved that, the car immediately began charging, saying it would be at 90% by 6am (which is normal); at first I thought maybe it's ignoring the time because it thinks it needs longer to hit the target charge. However, I calculated it (roughly) should take about 7 hours to reach that, not the 13 hours it was from that point until departure time.
Fast forward a bit, and I just realized that the car charged for 45 minutes, reaching 20% SOC, and then stopped; the app now once again says waiting to charge, but now "waiting to charge at 7pm Wednesday; next departure time 9am."
Is there any reason it would charge a bit, stop, and then say it will continue later?
Also as a side note, even though the waiting to charge times are wrong, when it did this 2 weeks ago and I had it plugged in, the vehicle DID actually abide by the 11pm-6am charge time and 90% target, so it seems like maybe the times showing in the app are just some sort of app or server related bug...
I'm hoping it does indeed continue to charge at 11pm tonight, as actually scheduled....?
