Ok, This Got Me Good

Yesterday I was picking my kid up from soccer practice, which involves navigating a busy parking lot with lines of traffic and kids and parents walking to and from cars.

As I was waiting to back out of my parking spot, with the reverse alerting dinging, a boy, probably about 10 years old, and his dad walk by my Mach-E. The boy looks at my car and says to his dad, "What!? I didn't know they made a Mustang van!"

This had me laughing all of the way home. Ouch.

I was until recently a Cub Scout leader of 8 to 10 1/2 year olds.

One mum came back in laughing after picking up her child who dragged her across the car park shouting “quick, Mum, there’s a Ferrari in the car park”.

Wrong kind of horse, running not prancing, sonny.

As you can image, I never felt so insulted that anybody would think I would be seen in a Ferrari?

Funny, I came out of a store one day to find an 'older' gentleman bending down and looking very closely at my MME. When I arrived he looked up and said, "Yours?"
"Yessir"
With a puzzled look he replied, "Is this a Ferrari?"

On my drive home all I could figure was that the F on the cap of the Forgiato wheels threw him....now I'm wondering if it was the horse. Haha.

I asked what kind of an animal a Jaguar was and pointed to the f***ing horse and he slinked away?

And THEN……..somebody actually asked “is it a Tesla?”.

Well, the surgeons tell me he will live when he eventually comes out of intensive care ????

I was at Cars and Coffee recently and overheard two people behind my car, one of them said to the other "look, it's one of the Ford Teslas"

Walking back to the car from a WAWA a lady said she didn't know Mustang made a 4 door. She then said she really liked it.
