Open and close windows with fordpass?

Hi there,

I have a 2021 RWD Mach E SR.

On my ford pass app I don't have an option to open or close windows? I have to use my keyfob by holding down the lock or unlock button.

I seen around YouTube etc some had this option.

How do I get this on mine? Is it easy to do or do I need to contact dealership?

Thanks for that! Unfortunately I don't have that option on my one. I am in Ireland but I will ring dealership and see if they can enable that.

If I was to buy the kit for the forscan, is that something I can enable myself does anyone know?

No. The only way to use FordPass to open/close windows is by getting PaaK to work AND being within bluetooth range of the car.

Since it looks like PaaK is disabled.. is there any tool I can buy (I don't mind the cost) to enable this myself? Or is this something dealership can enable? Looks like I am missing this feature which I would love to have
