OPENING TRUNK

How do you open the trunk without your phone, in the updated software system? I used to go to access under the mustang icon. Please advise, thank yo

They hid it in the settings menu for some reason and the buttons are tiny now.

Yeah, like was said by several others, it's not a setting, so why the heck is it there? Obviously, someone on that team doesn't understand complex stuff like the comparison of operational things vs. settings. ?‍?

We hadn't found the new location so thanks for letting us know. The wife said the menus changed again today. Maybe it is now hidden somewhere else. I think I am going to have to install the hard wired push button for the liftgate.

Yeah, It’s in a horrible spot. It gets covered up by the motion sensor pop up when your turn the car off.

You can disable the motion sensor popup.

It has t moved since the new yi arrived. It’s just rather difficult to see.

Look at post #2 of this thread. It's in the upper right corner after hitting the Settings button.

It doesn't work anyway, so you might as well just turn the popup off so it stops asking you every time.
