Orange Turtle Icon on Cluster

Hi all, I am new in this forum.
I got an orange turtle icon popping up on cluster display everyday starting 9 days ago until now while driving.
I have no idea when it is going to happen. Here is what I observed

The turtle icon popping up while driving and will be clear after restart the car.
The car acts as normal as it should be, No degrade speed or anything else happened.
I took the car to dealer (Gosh Ford Temecula CA)3 days ago and the dealer could not see any warning recorded history in car memory.
They said the car was tested and could not duplicate the issue.

I am not sure if the car had been hooked to computer to check any error codes yet ( I believe the turtle warning icon should has been recorded due to it is a safety warning - please correct me if I was wrong). Second, car odometer IN and OUT the dealer reading was identical , So how could they duplicate the problem without a driving test???

I have all paperwork from dealer.

The car operates normal except the Orange Turtle Icon. It must be something wrong and annoying.

Any idea from you and what should I do?

There were no codes reported in that other case. I don't think you're in actual turtle mode because you would have a severe power limit. Looking like this is an emerging software glitch.
