Not exactly - it happens after the quarter after the quarter they reach 200K units from what I understand of the situation. At the earliest the credit cut is expected to be 1/1/23 and could well be 4/1/23.That was exactly my concern. Once Ford hits 200,000 units the credit gets cut in half.
Not exactly, the credit continues at 100% in both the quarter Ford reaches 200,000 as well as the quarter after that. Then in the second quarter after 200,000 is reached it drops to 50%. I admit it is getting a little close for us all but for now we have a little breathing room left. That was exactly my concern. Once Ford hits 200,000 units the credit gets cut in half.

Just left a meeting with the sales manager. Answered a ton of questions, very accommodating and helpful. She’s going to email her factory rep and get back to me with answer, so I will wait patiently. Not sure it means anything, but between the last update on status and chatting with Ford online, the priority has gone from 10 to 1. I’m hopeful maybe something is moving, but bracing for it to be inconsequential. Strange thing is the dealer just took delivery of a mme that is 99% identical to what we ordered, just doesn’t Have the matching color wheel flares and bumper, they’re black. It was ordered almost 5 weeks AFTER ours.. gave the manager something to reference with her dealer contact to say what gives??
Anyways, that’s the latest, I’ll post more as I get info. I recommend you other guys try to chat with customer care, talk to all the players you can to try to break the production loose. This old I think it’s clear somehow the orders are lost in some kind of no man’s land.. good luck to all!
