I do not know if it is an update or test, but I got a successful OTA update when I got in the car after work today.

Digital Owner Manual

This update includes a Digital Owner Manual that will allow you to access information about your vehicle through your SYNC4 screen.

I will have to read the car tomorrow and see if any part numbers changed.

I read the MME this morning and cleared a bunch of DTCs. One DTC remained, a General Checksum Failure involving the APIM. Quickly looking at the part numbers it appears one Configuration DID went back to an earlier version. I have not noticed any APIM problems.

After reading the car, I now have an APIM update in addition to the HVAC update. I will do an update session over the weekend to see what the updates are.

Not too many complaints about not receiving this update - everyone worried about getting to 2.5.2/2.5.3

I dont need digital manual though ...so not worried about but but keeping track of te timing of OTA releases to see if there is a trend.

I updated the modules today for the APIM and HVAC.

I noticed DID F16B (Illumination Calibration File) reverted back to the earlier MU5T-14J003-AD part number sometime after March 15th. FDRS updated the file back to MU5T-14J003-AF, which was part of the Power-Up 2.3.0 update. I suspect a failed Power-Up 2.3.0 update was pushed OTA even through it is not needed.

I did not have to use the USB Flash Drive to update. FDRS did a checksum check of the software components at the end. The APIM DTC cleared after DTC reset and retest.

It appears the Digital Owner Manual is entirely web based on Ford Servers.

I think it's just presenting content from the owner's manual links shown at the top of this page:
