I bought the Ottocast Picasou2 for and because it was for Android I couldn't use it on my other car (a BMW). So, I installed it on my '22 CR1. It opens up to a full screen but without a hotspot or an optional SIM card it's useless. The pre install Screen Share app was not working well with my Android so I side loaded multiple screen share apps after I connected it in doors to my WIFI. Now it works if I set both my phone and device to the MME hotspot even though I used up all the free data and didn't renewed. Downside is that on the road my phone does not want to connect to my data plan to load content. Also to answer your question, I think, you can still switch from phone to phone on the MME menu. But certainly it's not how I hoped.

That's what I needed to hear. I did my first long trip in Machelle today, but before I headed out, I set up profiles. That seems to have taken a lot of guesswork out of the phone's "Who's on first?" routine. Still learning the nooks and crannies. As I was driving, my alexa app started me on a fine route, but kept showing distance in kMs, but the the dash was still displaying in Imperial. No issues when I was using Waze through android auto as it kept Imperial throughout.

In Scuba, we call the unnecessary gear a noob diver carries "danglies". The easiest way to spot the guy you don't want to be paired with is the guy with the Rambo knife (BFK) on the outside of the guy's calve or thigh. It's looking like the Ottocast is just a dangly for the auto enthusiast.
