I have a 2023 premium extended range 4X. I drove the car last night and my PAAK worked perfectly. My PAAK, as I'm sure everybody else's, gets goofy sometimes. I went to drive it today and it wouldn't let me in the car. Most often it is because I inadvertently turned the Bluetooth off, but not this time. I didn't have time to troubleshoot, so I grabbed the primary Fob. And now, I have tried everything to get this PAAK working again with no success. Some oddities I noticed today are: the trunk and frunk buttons are missing from the app, the car (after I drove it today) changed the driving mode from Unbridled to Whisper. I have tried cycling the Bluetooth, power cycling my phone, confirming remote start settings in the UI, I then did a full reset of the PAAK, uninstalled it and reinstalled it, still with no luck getting it working. I did get an OTA update on 1/26 but it worked after that. Anyone else seeing goofy PassApp issues in the last few days or weeks? It does seem like PassApp has updated (maybe) today with loss of the frbuttons?

In my opinion, remove your paak from the car. Remove the app from your phone. Re-install the app on your phone. Sign into ford pass. Confirming Bluetooth is on and add the phone paak again. If that fails do a sync only reset not the whole car reset. I forget what the resets are called.

My phone somehow became unpaired with the car. Reset PAAK, reinstalled PAAK and setup new driver pass code, repaired the phone with the car.

only time I had PAAK go crazy and un-pair turned out to be as a result of a phone update (Android Samsung UI) which had made a major change to bluetooth internally on the phone.

once I deleted FordPass from phone, all pairings from car, and re-installed Fordpass on phone, re-paired, and re-installed PAAK and backup codes, everything has been fine since then.
