Paint flaking issues 2023 premium

Hi is anyone have paint flaking issues? I have a carbonized metallic gray 23 MME premium, about a month old. It is already flaking from the rear hatch tail light. It is not garage so the hatch would not hit anything when opening and it is not from washing because I have not washed the car since I got it. Any advise on how I should inform the dealer on having this covered under warranty?

Unfortunately it is something that happens to mine from day one. Mine was delivered (Spain) to me in November 2021 and it is full of pecks in which the paint has chipped. I have consulted my dealer and they neither know nor want to know anything about it. From time to time I paint them with a brush, but it's a botch job.

Hi - I’m having the same issue around my drivers side headlight. Seems like maybe the panel below it isn’t fully seated and is rubbing and causing chipping?

First of all, I apologize for my English.

I had the same problem because the panel below the lamp wasn’t fully seated.

My Ford dealer tried to tight the panel but it didn´t work because when you reach about 60 miles, the air pressure moves the panel, it touches the headlamp and removes the paint. That´s what you are seeing.

In my second appoiment with Ford (without cost) they removed the bumper, adjunted the headlamp and painted the bumper. Now it looks perfect and without problems.
