I think from now on I am going to call the Vehicle Visibility Report the Vehicle Invisibility Report (VIR). Some cars are visible, some are invisible (like mine). It reports that my car is invisible every time I ask the dealer for the report. I expect my car will remain invisible until the day it becomes visible in the dealer parking lot, just before he sells it to another customer, forgetting I ordered it. Well, because who would order an invisible car?

My car said pending and Kansas City for a few weeks and now it has totally disappeared from pals app. Car shipped 10/8. Did they lose it? what does this mean?

It could also mean that they’re in process of doing mass updates and the site is borked. Try in a few hours and see if it pops back up.

I saw two Mach-E's on my dealer's website, a Select and a Premium, sharing the same shipping date of 9/15. The Select, in Dark Matter Gray, was delivered to Norfolk Southern Voltz Yard in Kansas City on 9/28, and to the dealer on 10/12. They haven't posted any pictures of the actual vehicle yet - maybe it is spoken for already as dealer sites often show customer orders - but it is embarrassing that Ford let this rendering of Dark Matter Gray out the door and it is now popping up in different places:

The Premium, presumably with its axles installed correctly, hasn't arrived and palsapp.com shows no delivery to the Voltz Yard either.

The car is sooooooo fast its outrunning its body. Duh.

Palsapp is only for the truck company (Jack Cooper) that moves cars around the Kansas City, Mo Area. After a bit, your car's movement info vanishes because Jack Copper is done with you. Odds are it was delivered to another ramp and is either on a train to a yard near you or about to be. Palsapp seriously lags and is not your friend.

At last I hear some news today regarding mine. The seller tells me that he left this morning from Mexico by train. The Cargo Ship theory faded, at least in my case.

At last I hear some news today regarding mine. The seller tells me that he left this morning from Mexico by train. The Cargo Ship theory faded, at least in my case.

My dealer heard back from the Ford rep and he says my car is still in Mexico, but not on a container ship. Who knows. It is recorded as shipped 10/1, yet it sits in Veracruz, Mexico? Is there another rail line that leaves from there? Veracruz looks to be about 265 miles east of the MME manufacturing plant. Seems like a long way to send cars in the wrong direction.

My dealership also told me that they have information on a shortage of employees in transportation. That may be true given what is happening in many places.

talking to the dealer today about financing... yikes. Think we are going the options route. after 3 years it can be someone elses problem LOL... We just want all the paperwork done before it gets here so we just roll in and drive out. (nice part about having D plan. All i had to do was worry about trade price, which was really good)

Food for thought. I sold my VW to a different dealer because they offered me more for it than the dealer I'm buying the Mach E from. Might be worth checking out other offers, or at least having a couple in your back pocket if your dealers offer is lower

They gave me a great number for it honestly… I also work for them. Sooooo… I’m gonna let them have it LOL
