Pending access to fordpass

Long story short - my fordpass app was not matching my car. I deleted the car from the app thinking i would just re add, but now it says access pending request has been sent to an authorized user, but i didnt not get an email or notification to provide access. Im stuck and idk what to do. Any help? Thanks!

When you add your device, you'll have to approve it on the vehicle touch screen. If you're not seeing that, then perform a master reset from the car touchscreen to remove the previous owner. Then re-add it.

Even if im the same owner? Basically i gotta give myself access?

I'm not sure what you mean. Just follow those instructions I linked. You have a SYNC 4A system (not MyFord Touch) and the FordPass app 5.X.
