Phantom FordPass messages?

I received these on my phone’s FordPass, but my husband, on the same account, did not. I would love to read the messages, but neither one will open. I have closed out the app, and turned my phone off/on, but the messages just don’t open..
I haven’t done anything recently to earn points.
Maybe they like me, but are shy?
Anyone else get the messages? Could you open them?

Not sure about your notification issue, but both of those headlines relate to FPR. You can see that activity history if you navigate over to here:

FordPass > Account > FordPass Rewards > View Activity.
