I love my mach-e except for one issue. My phone calls drop very frequently. It makes making a phone call impossible in my car. I have a s20. Does anyone have any advice on what to do?

That happens to me sometimes, but I know it's just T-Mobile, because it happens at home too. :)

No drops.

But for me Android Auto my voice assisted calling, won't let me hear audio but the call goes through. I don't know if they hear me. When I use the touch screen to call it functions as normal.

I’ve rarely had a dropped call and I’m with T-Mobile. My only drops were driving into holes.

Verizon, no drops.

Did you tint your windows by chance? That can affect phone reception depending on the tint you use.

Ive had the same issue with my s21 for a week or two now. Android auto connects just fine wirelessly or wired when I enter the car. If I make a call via the car screen or the car's assistant, the call goes through and shows that I'm using Bluetooth but I get no sound. I can change it to use speaker and all is good. While I'm in the call, the car will randomly drop Android auto connectivity, sometimes switch to pure Bluetooth, sometimes pipe the call sound through, and sometimes not. If I'm not on a call android auto also seems to drop altogether randomly (although not as frequently). I can manually reconnect by going to the phone screen, but the connection is usually dropped again within the next 15-30 minutes. I've had the car for over a year and the past couple of weeks is the first I've seen of this. not sure if it's the mustang or Samsung. Frustrating.
