Phone interruption

Hi after about 1 minute of starting car radio apple play all go silent and a phone call is connected but it is not via phone it comes up as "My Phone" and it counts the time as if it is connected pressing red button will not disconnect I have stopped car then restarted and again all works for a short period then the phone silences everything. It is intermittent. Any Ideas

It’s been happening to me a lot lately. It disconnects for CarPlay, switches to the car, and then back to CarPlay. Kinda annoying.

It would be useful to know if this has started after any specific recent update(s) either to your phone or OTAs to you MME.

After frustrating day of road closures no deviations no GPS no phone Out of frustration I rebooted phone Voila all working
