Pixel 3 WiFi and Bluetooth Stop Working after driving Mach E

I have a baffling problem. Frequently after driving my Mach E I find my phone's wifi and Bluetooth stop working. Turning wifi off and on, or airplane mode on and off doesn't fix the problem. The only solution I have found is to power cycle the Pixel 3. Have latest software on both Pixel 3 and Mach. I'm not using PAAK, Android Auto or car wifi. Just basic Bluetooth connectivity. I've had the car since April 30 '21 and think the problem has been there since day 1, but I'm not sure. Any ideas what's up or how to fix it?

I recommend you replace "Phone" in the title with "Pixel 3" so you might get more attention from other Pixel 3 owners. I don't recall seeing this reported for other phones.
