Plug and Charge not available

Anyone else get a message in their car that plug and charge was not available and that you’ll need to go to the Ford Pass app to activate charging? Sure enough, when I plugged into two different Electrify America stations, I had to either use the Ford Pass app to activate it first.

I've never gotten a message about it but my plug and charge has never worked anyway. I've ALWAYS had to go into the app and activate charging.
