Plug and Charge Toggle Problem

Ford Support, if you are reading this, I need help!
For the past 10 months or more, I am unable to toggle the Plug and Charge to "On". I am the original owner and using the same email that was initially purchase with. It doesn't help me as a customer if the feature you offer won't work for this long. I have reached out to customer support and they never offer a solution. That was 10 plus months ago.
I thought I try again asking for help and see in this past 10 months, Ford has improved in term of customer support.

Oh, I tried all kind of solution like master reset, logging out, cancel BlueOval ... On and On and On!

Did you try calling Connected Services dept @ 866-861-0420 yet?

You might want to verify if you have a valid payment method in "Connected Services".

Go to: https://www.ford.com/myaccount/account-dashboard

Pick your car then scroll down the page until you see the "Connected Services" tile and click "Manage". You can then go into "Blue Oval Charge Network" and make sure you have a payment method setup and/or that you don't have an expired credit card.

It wont let you enable Plug & Charge if you don't have a payment method.

Same problem since around October 22. Since p&c still works, not worth trying to trouble shoot with Ford.

Yes, payment method is in place and valid. To be totally honest ... They are useless and of no help at all.

I hope your experience with Ford is better than mine [opened ticket and then nothing]
I would not say better because I have several issues filed and none of them were resolved over a LONG period of time.
